At Logical Events Pty Ltd (‘Logical Events’) we take the protection of your personal information and privacy very seriously. This statement outlines the policies we have put in place to ensure this information is protected.
Logical Events may collect information (including personal or financial information) in a number of different ways depending on the situation and application. Information is gathered on users of the Logical Events system, from the use of our websites and connectivity services. Logical Events Pty Ltd may disclose details to, and collect details from, credit or fraud agencies, or debt recovery agencies for verification purposes, or for debt reporting or collection purposes.
We may also disclose details about you to government and regulatory authorities and other organisations as required by law, including our accountants, auditors and lawyers.
Logical Events will take all reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and from unauthorised access.
Our staff are instructed not to disclose private information to anyone not authorised to receive it, and as such will verify any requests. We take security very seriously and have appropriate systems in place to ensure the security of all such information.
We will also attempt to keep all information up to date and accurate but we rely on you to inform us of any changes to your details.
