At Logical Events Pty Ltd (‘Logical Events’) we take the protection of your personal information and privacy very seriously. This statement outlines the policies we have put in place to ensure this information is protected.

Logical Events may collect information (including personal or financial  information) in a number of different ways depending on the situation and application. Information is gathered on users of the Logical Events system, from the use of our websites and connectivity services. In some cases Logical Events may combine information with that available from third parties or public sources.

We also store any information submitted via paper or digital application forms. Data is also forwarded to us through our resellers and affiliates and other third parties as required by law. Due to the nature of our business model it is not possible to purchase or use our services anonymously.

We may also use this information to contact you as necessary, provide new product and fault notifications as well as assisting us to better manage and develop our systems and product rages.

Our web servers use cookies in order to identify you, so that we can customise the web site and set your preferences. Information from these cookies is not shared with other web sites.

At no time will Logical Events sell information to third parties; but it may share information with related companies if this is necessary. We may share aggregated statistical information with third parties, without disclosing individual details, unless those details are necessary for fulfilling a service order which you have requested. Logical Events Pty Ltd may disclose details to, and collect details from, credit or fraud agencies, or debt recovery agencies for verification purposes, or for debt reporting or collection purposes.

We may also disclose details about you to government and regulatory authorities and other organisations as required by law, including our accountants, auditors and lawyers.

Logical Events will take all reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and from unauthorised access.

Our staff are instructed not to disclose private information to anyone not authorised to receive it, and as such will verify any requests. We take security very seriously and have appropriate systems in place to ensure the security of all such information.

We will also attempt to keep all information up to date and accurate but we rely on you to inform us of any changes to your details.
