Current Opportunities

Business Analyst

This role requires an experienced Business Analyst - ideally with strong IT and Business Analysis disciplines to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the delivery of new IT requirements. This assignment covers project management of the analysis and design phases with a later extension to manage the build and test phases.

Key Responsibilities will include:

•	Responsible for collection and management of functional and non functional requirements
•	Liaise with Stakeholders and vendors ensuring they are actively engaged
•	Liaise with and provide a point of contact with other departments when necessary
•	Ensure the delivery and approval of requirements and process definition as agreed with the project manager
•	Ensure cost effective solutions are developed to implement the required changes
•	Manage the resolution of issues and initiate corrective action where necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

•	Minimum 3-4 years experience within business analysis
•	Ability to interview business stakeholders and review business documents to develop business requirements
•	Strong requirements gathering experience
•	Ability to Solve problems of average to high complexity
•	Strong Facilitation and documentation skills
•	Excellent analytical skills
•	Proven ability to work collaboratively with the project team, business teams and third party vendors
•	Positive/flexible attitude with good interpersonal skills
•	Good understanding of the full project life cycle
•	Effectively translate business ideas & requirements into specifications that are clear, concise, complete and correct

Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Telecom industry with the following attributes:

Essential skills to be successful are:

•	3-5 years project management experience the Telco industry.
•	Technical background relating to the design and deployment of networks.
•	Previous experience using a project management methodology.

Responsibilities include: 

•	Proven project management experience, including commercial aspects, with complex deployments that included application, telephony and network components.
•	Responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements.
•	The major emphasis is on management and coordination of tasks. Required to manage efforts of the company and customer as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet the customer's needs.
